Students don’t lose their positions as a student representative the moment they finish their studies and graduate, they can stay in their position until the end of the following semester’s Zulassungsfrist:

• graduated in the summer semester -> can keep the position until October 31st
• graduated in the winter semester -> can keep the position until March 1st

This is true both for mandates (§ 55 (4) HSG) and entsendete student representatives (§ 32 (3) HSG).
