It is part of the Austrian Students&#8216; Union (\u00d6H), which is organized on three levels. &#8222;Federal \u00d6H&#8220;, including 2x Hufak. Formally elected at the \u00d6H election, which takes place every 2 years.   <\/p>\n\n<p>Two main tasks:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Representation of students in their area of activity<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Service &amp; advice for students<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-28f84493 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:33.33%\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:66.66%\">\n<details class=\"wp-block-details is-layout-flow wp-block-details-is-layout-flow\"><summary>Bundesvertretung (BV)<\/summary>\n<p>The federal <a href=\"https:\/\/www.oeh.ac.at\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Bundesvertretung (BV)<\/a> is organized throughout Austria. She is a negotiating partner with the ministry, is active in the and represents the students externally. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For many concerns that are not applied-specific (e.g. Studienbeihilfe or legal support), the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.oeh.ac.at\/beratung\/\">advice hotlines of Bundes-\u00d6H<\/a> are the best contact point. For everything specific to Angewandte there is the level of university representation: Hufak. <\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n<details class=\"wp-block-details is-layout-flow wp-block-details-is-layout-flow\"><summary>Universit\u00e4tsvertretung (UV)<\/summary>\n<p>The university representation (UV) represents the students towards the local university administration and the rectorate. She fights for your interests and rights as a student and tries to bring about improvements at the university and in teaching. <\/p>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n<details class=\"wp-block-details is-layout-flow wp-block-details-is-layout-flow\"><summary>Study programme representatives (Studienvertretungen\/StVs)<\/summary>\n<p>Study programme representatives (StV) form the smallest unit within the student representation structure in Austria. They are the direct contact persons for and look after the concerns of the students in their degree program.
